CAMERON — Cameron Parish officials reported minimal damage to this parish of about 7,200 residents following Tropical Storm Edouard, which brushed the southwestern Louisiana coast this morning. The storm blew the roofs off of three manufactured homes, knocked out electricity to portions of the southern part of the parish and flooded parts of two state highways, officials said.
